There are many different forms of scripts used by various cults throughout the world but over the years I’ve seen the runic alphabet used most often. This has also been known as the Satanic Alphabet. This form of script is very common among many different types of occults. If you come across script of this nature, be wary. Depending on the intent of the creator, even just the deciphering and reading of one of these scripts can invoke the curse intended. People have been mailed verses and incantations written in this script, often sealed with candle wax. Once the wax has been broken, the mystical words contained within are invoked. Only someone who knows how to counter-act spells or curses can help reverse what has been enacted. Do not attempt to do this yourself, for dealing with people of this nature is dangerous and usually does not work. Contact a local priest or religious authority of your denomination, or contact me immediately if you feel you are in danger.
There are groups, however, that use this from of script as merely a way of semi-secretly communicating to each other. As with everything else, there are always exceptions to the rules. Just because you may find something written in this script does not necessarily mean it is something of mal-intent. Use common sense: are you involved, in any way, with occultist individuals or groups? Are you in a physical location known as a ritual or cultic site? If there is any doubt in your mind or any uneasiness, simply burn, if possible, the letter/writings.
One point I would like to clarify, and I would like to thank a visitor by the name of Kevin for bringing this point up, is that the Runic Alphabet is not satanic in nature. At it’s creation, it was solely a means of communication, much as English is today. It has been known to have been, and continue to be used by satanists, however, for more negative purposes. As stated above, finding writing of this nature does not necessarily mean something bad is going to happen but you must be aware of the possibilities.
